1. Subscription Plans and Billing

AI & Me Agency offers the following monthly subscription plans:

• Copy – $2,000/month

• Copy & SEO – $2,500/month

• Copy, SEO & Video – $3,000/month
   

1.1 Plan Features

Copy Plan includes:

• High-performing content tailored to your KPIs

• Dedicated Senior Writer

• Long- and short-form content

• Authentic and engaging voice
   

Copy & SEO Plan includes all of the above, plus:

• Data-driven keyword and topic research

• High-value, optimized content

• Premium SERP targeting
   

Copy, SEO & Video Plan includes all of the above, plus:

• Two high-quality video assets per month

• Full-stack content production
   

1.2 Billing Terms

• All plans are billed monthly at the start of each month.

• Your subscription will auto-renew each month unless canceled in accordance with Section 4.

• Payment must be made in full before Services commence for that month.

​2. Usage Limits

Each subscription is subject to the following monthly usage limits:

• Copy Plan:

  • 4 long-form content pieces

  • 10 short-form content pieces

• Copy & SEO Plan:

  • 4 long-form content pieces

  • 10 short-form content pieces

• Copy, SEO & Video Plan:

  • 4 long-form content pieces

  • 10 short-form content pieces

  • 2 high-quality videos

 

Unused deliverables do not roll over to the next month.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your plan at any time before the next billing cycle.

• Refunds are only issued if you cancel before work has begun for the current month.

• Once work begins for the month, the full monthly rate will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created for you.
We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Misuse, copy, or resell our intellectual property

• Submit defamatory, illegal, or infringing material

• Attempt to disrupt our systems or harm our team in any way

6. Limitation of Liability

AI & Me Agency is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Client-side implementation failures or misuse of content

• SEO or marketing performance beyond content delivery

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or our website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
